This is my first post ever, and I’m not a writer, english is not my first language, but I’m taking a leap, so please have this in mind while reading…

So here I am, writing to express what I believe and wish to inspire you, trigger some questions, open your mind and much more. So without further ado, here I begin…
What if you would wake up every morning knowing that no matter what, you will make this day the best day of your life?
What if you could move a magic wand and make all your dreams come true?
What if you could live a purposeful life?
What if you could create things bigger than you ever imagined?
What if you could live the love story of your life every single day?
All this is possible, but not without something in exchange. So the main question would be, what are you willing to do in order to have all you ever dreamed of?
We all work hard every day to have a nice, decent life. Don’t we?
The problem is that most of us are not focusing all our energy on what we desire. We are just living, reacting to social media, the constant buzzing of our phones, everyone else’s needs, work, family, friends… the world. And since we have so many constant distractions most of us hope to someday have what we dreamed of but we never do anything towards it.
So I have a proposal… If you want to take your first step to make every day of your life count let’s do this exercise:
+ Write one, just one thing, (big or small) that you would like to accomplish in this first week.”]Write one, just one thing, (big or small) that you would like to accomplish in this first week.
+ Then write between 5 to 10 reasons why you want to accomplish that goal. What is important about it? What would you gain in your life if you had it? How this goal would impact your life (for good & bad)?
+ Once you are truly convinced of why it’s important to YOU, write one action you will take every day towards that goal. It could be different actions every day, it could be the same (ex. if your goal is getting fitter and you decide your action will be to exercise every morning, that works fine!) Remember, it could be small or big things, it doesn’t matter; the only thing it matters is that the actions you set-up are thing you truly believe you can accomplish, if you set up unrealistic actions it won’t work.
+ TAKE ACTION! Each day do, no matter what, what you wrote in your action plan. Remember this is just for you, you must take action for you, to have the life of your dreams.
The idea is that every day you do something that will empower you, something that would help you create something meaningful to you. If you miss one day, add one more day to your weekly schedule. If you miss more than 2 days, start all over from step 2 down, because if you did not follow through it probably means that you don’t have strong enough WHYs.
If you complete your week… CONGRATULATIONS!!! You did your first step on creating the life you deserve.
Keep on doing this exercise as much as you’d like. It will help you maintain focus on a weekly basis towards where you want to go. You can also do a monthly, quarterly or annual version if your goal is too big to accomplish in one week.
